Through applied compassion, design thinking and brand strategy, it brings brands back to their ontological meaning – the place where identity, purpose and care align. From there, the brand’s generative potential can be released, allowing it not only to thrive, but to take part in the care of society.

In this phase, we explore the brand’s human and strategic suffering.

Through desk research, market analysis and psycho-ethnographic inquiry, we reveal the tensions, fractures and unmet needs that shape the brand’s inner life.
It is a moment of truth: seeing what has been carrying weight, and what asks to be healed.

Palliative Clearings

Here we work with compassion and strategy.
Drawing on applied compassion and brand strategy, we soften what hurts, clarify what matters, and create the conditions for renewal.
A clearing is an opening where light enters – this phase brings that opening to the brand.

Poetic Unfolding

In the final movement, the healed brand is guided toward its becoming.
Through design thinking, we help the brand open – poetically and pragmatically – into its capacity to care for society through its own specific actions.
It is the moment where identity turns into gesture, and meaning becomes possibility.
